Meet at 7 is responsible for the information you leave on this website. This notice describes our interest list, before event bookings open.

What we keep

Your name and email, your consent and signup date, and any optional preferences, age bracket, area or ideas you give us. We also record a campaign label if you follow a tagged link.

What it’s for

Planning evenings and, with your permission, sharing first-event updates by email. Automated emails are not connected yet. We do not sell your details or publish the list.

Where it goes

The website and private database use Cloudflare. Access to the signup list is restricted to the organiser’s Cloudflare account. Google Fonts serves the website fonts and receives the usual connection information when they load.

How long

Waitlist entries expire after 12 months and are removed during the next use of the signup service. Cloudflare may retain backups for a limited period. Temporary anti-spam keys expire within two hours; we do not store your raw IP address in the signup database.

Your choice

Keep the private signup link shown after joining. It lets you leave the invitation list or delete your signup details. A copy is saved in your browser where supported. Manage your signup.

For access, corrections, deletion without your private link, or other privacy questions, use the form below. We may need to verify the request before changing a record. Privacy requests are kept while unresolved; resolved requests expire after 90 days. You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
